1. 300 mm (12") wide stainless steel ladder type mesh coveyor belt,
maximum recommended process width 270mm.
2. 5-zone processing oven (2 pre-heat zones 1 soaking zone,
2 peak zones). Closed loop PID temperature controlin each
zone. Heated length = 1.200 mm plus 600 mm cooling zone.
The processing chamber combines the benefts of forced hot air convection with fast response ceramic panel emitters (4-6 micron.)
3. 6,5 kw max. heater power, 415 V three phase.(other voltages
on request).
4. Cooling zone at exit from below the conveyor for optimum
processing.

The design of the processing oven ensures correct air flow
for convention currents, zone seperation and exhaust of
fumes. Outer shell and frame are powder coated mild steel.
The machine`s design allows easy acess and serviceability.
6. The machine is run from a computer control system. The PC
controller (not supplied) is used to create and store
programs for any different product applications.
The operator can load a program to control the set tem-
peratures and the conveyor belt speed. The monitor will
display the oven conditions, with color graphics of
each zone temperature. The system software, interface
unit and data cable are supplied for use on a
Pentium PC
7. On-screen profile display of substrate temperature using up
to three extended k-type thermocouples. The graphs may be
saved and printed on paper.
8. Floor standing maschine. Lenght = 2,350mm, width = 650mm
height = 1,400mm.
