ESD - tested vacuum packaging machines for packaging and protecting of parts during transport and storage.

Our ESD machines (ESD: Electro Static Discharge) are equipped with special parts and also tested according to DIN EN 61340-5-1:2001, so that components and assembly groups which are at risk of discharge can be vacuum packed. Vacuum packaging protects products against dust, damage, UV-beams, electrostatic influence, humidity, oxidation and corrosion. After vacuum packing, the packed products are protected against lots of external influences. It is also possible to use antistatic aluminium vacuum bags as well as gas flushing (N2) after evacuation to protect pressure - sensitive products.
